Move-in Instructions

If you are not moving in on the first of the month and pro-rated rent is required, please pay both prorated and one month rent together. 

The preferred payment method is E-transfer to pay@chenjiemanagement.ca

It is auto deposit to our real estate trust account. 

Utilities include gas, water and electricity. Please hook up applicable utilities only according to lease agreement. More information is also listed below. 

We recommend you to use our insurance providers listed below if you don't have an active tenant insurance. Our providers offer discounted prices and extraordinary services.

Instead of grabbing the key and moving in, move-in inspections are required to protect both landlord and tenant's rights. All pre-existing conditions will be documented.
